I always make large pans of food, and go Italian. Pan of stuffed shells, baked ziti, lasagna, salad, garlic bread. Pan of brownies, few trays of cookies, cut up fruit, ice cream.

If it will make your house too hot to use the oven so much, then I'd grill hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, chicken cutlets, veggie kabobs, peaches, etc.

We are four at home, kids are 3 and 6.
Have 5 visitors, kids aged between 6 and 12.
Please cook ina ideas that do not require a lot of work and that everybody will happier eat.
