If you cook at home and have eaten the delicious carne asada at District Taco, do you have a recipe for carne asada that roughly approximates theirs? I've never really cooked Mexican, so I don't know what I'm looking for in a good recipe, and I hate making dud meat recipes.

If I eat there as frequently as I want that deliciousness, I am going to go broke.
