Yep. Dozens of homes in that price range right now, in a small county that always has a limited supply at any one time.

Our cap three years ago was 350K, and that was a stretch, which is why we're out in (relative) BFE. Stop being an asshat. Not everybody can just "raise their price."


They can look elsewhere or accept that a house in their price range in Arlington won't have all the bells and whistles they apparently think they deserve. Or dig deeper.

This just had a huge price drop and is about two blocks from Nottingham. It's not slated to be redistricted.

I was just looking today also! $800k to $1.25. There was so little inventory. A few things might still go on the market in July, but the end of July/early August is usually completely dead.

Just amazed at the low inventory under 1.2. Want to find something before school starts but am thinking should probably plan to rent.
