Baguettes with an assortment of cheeses. I would pick up some pasta salads from whole foods. Hummus and pita chips. Cut up watermelon.

Looking for ideas on what to pack in our picnic basket tomorrow. Our group will be all adults and teens who are adventurous eaters. Our DD and her pals made a blueberry pie and strawberry tarlets, so we're covered for dessert, but running out of time and ideas for the rest of the menu. All quick, easy, portable and delish suggestions are welcome; we're happy to cook or buy items in NW DC/CC MD/close-in Bethesda.
