I have a LeCreuset small grill pan (it's heavier than the all clad 5 vs. 3 lbs):

which works well if you are cooking for one or two people. LeCreuset also has a square grill pan with handle and pouring spouts that's a whopping 11 lbs.
If you do a lot of cooking for one or two, All-Clad is extremely well made. If you're regularly cooking for 4 or more, I would get something like this:

It's reversible and you can make things like pancakes on the other side.
(All grill pans are a pain to clean. When you're done cooking, heat up the pan on super high heat, the pour water from the kettle to help scrape up the bits.)
