I have almost nothing good to say about Annandale. There was absolutely NO follow up from the nurses or doctors. I was not a fan of the nursing staff or financial staff and felt like I was just another number there.

PP here...I am in the dreaded TWW. Today is 6dp5dt and I can't bear to test again since yesterday was a BFN

Wehad the same experience. Dr. Levens was great (highly recommend!) but our coordinator and nurse left much to be desired. They did not seem on top of things and got short when I asked questions. As far as the coordinator goes...whatever. But I did not like getting this feeling from the nurse since she played such a key role. It made me wonder if she would ever tell me or the doc if something wasn't on track. For this reason, we went to another clinic. But again, Dr. Levens was great with us.

Dr Saffan and Dr. Leviens are good Drs. but the staff is not. The finance department is very slow, and not very good with insurance, returning calls, or getting any pre authorizations done in time with cycles. If your paying cash you will get a very different experience than if you are using insurance with them.. we did both (one each). The nursing staff is very sensitive and do not like to be questioned or go outside the very careful script of procedures they have devised. If you are okay just going through the process and following directions, you will be fine. If you want to be a part of the decision process and engaged, this is not the place.

I'm hoping Dr. Levens hit the target yesterday with our IUI. I'll know in 2 weeks.

I see dr Levens in Annandale. He's pretty straight forward and seems to know his stuff.

Our nurse is good at returning a first message, but is terrible about following up if she needs to call you back.

Has anyone had their fertility treatments @ this place? What was your experience?
