CE Baker posted on Facebook that there will be a formal welcoming of Maxwell tomorrow afternoon (1pm) at Northwestern High School in Hyattsville.

I find the whole governance process of PGCPS really opaque. Can someone explain how much actual power Maxwell will have to drive through changes?
