Green Hedges in Vienna. I think it's about $40,000 for an entire year full day.

Cheapest and best for the money is The Owl School at 20th and g Streets, N.W in business for a long time. Well educated staff apparently and multilingual with Reggio approach

Most expensive = World Bank daycare @ $2200/month
Cheapest = licensed in-home in south Alexandria off Route 1 @ $200/week
