Most likely to be appealing to a variety of kids.

Beyblades appeal to a small segment of kids. The ones who like them, really like them.

Otherwise, the kids don't play with them.

My 7 year old nephew loves them. I was surprised they are still around, because my 20 year old played with them when he was young.

I think it really depends on the kid. Kids seem dedicated in to camps. My 8 year old loves beyblades. Our 7 year old neighbor loves Star Wars.

They are still fun though, so I think it's a good bet.

I'm shopping for a birthday gift for my cousins son who is turning 7 yrs old. A couple of years back, beyblades were very popular with boys around that age. Are kids still playing with them? If not, what are other gift ideas that you'd suggest? I only have girls, so I don't know what boys play with. Thanks
