Why don't you contact University of Maryland, the Education Department, and see if they can give you some names/contacts.
If nothing else, I'm sure they have Elementary Education majors to recommend.

Subject: Tutors that come to your home in Southern PG?
I am trying to assemble a list of tutors for various subjects K-3...any recommendations? Most I see on this forum only service McLean and Bethesda.
