Totally fair and completely understand where you're coming from. I didn't think about it from the perspective of competitors or lone wolf, was just trying to be helpful and honest. Have a child there so not willing to post publicly until we are out of the school. Just wish I would have known more about the issues with the owner before going. As I said the infant care and toddler care was fine but I'm not alone here in my frustration with the Montessori house right now. I guess I would just encourage anyone looking there to talk to any current parent there. Apologies for setting off this back and forth, just trying to spare someone else this experience.

In their defense we were happy with the infant/toddler program but kids are leaving the montessori house at a rapid clip and the parents in that classroom are universally unhappy. There are two montessori classes there and the "cottage" may be different but I'd hate for parents not to know the house is a bad place right now. Just trying to help other parents.

One person's "warning other parents" is another person's "defamation". I have no way to know whether your posts are factually based on your own experience or made up as the result of some sort of animosity toward the school or its staff. I will tend to give some leeway with negative posts when they are in direct response to a question. But, when you are digging up old threads to post multiple times, that's taking things a bit too far. If the center (and I'm not saying this happened in this case because I frankly don't remember) claims you are simply a disgruntled former employee or a competitor, how am I to know what's true? I'm not going to referee such disputes. If you want to post such criticisms, you will have to do it while identifying yourself in a verifiable manner. Then, the target of the criticism can settle the issue in court.

Thanks. I removed the posts. Obviously, someone has a grudge against the Family Academy.

Hey Jeff, seems like some weirdo has pulled up every last family academy- related thread today to leave weird comments.

I have zero connection with the school/daycare - I just find it odd that its been pulled to the top to get slammed.
