The ones from the regular grocery store are pretty healthy. I think I get Thomas's. No HFCS, a gazillion grams of whole grain and low sugars. They taste like cardboard, so I'm thinking they must be healthy. I give to dd--poor girl doesn't know what she's missing.

I am on a search for a relatively brand of "healthy" whole wheat (or whole grain) mini bagel - preferably low in sugar, too. I'd like to be able to buy them in a package with a label (not from a bagel store) so that I can read the ingredients and nutritional information. Does anyone have a suggested brand? Thank you.
