OP again. Thanks. My application summary shows that the most up-to-date resume was added after the other one, so maybe that means they'll just use that one? I don't understand why the Application Manager process asks you to upload your documents twice and then won't let you delete a document after it's uploaded (although it seems like you can, the previous version was still in the system even after I deleted it, which is what led to the two resumes with discrepancies). I hate USAJobs!

I think USAJobs uses the last submission as the final submission, ie, if you resubmit it, it will use that version of the application, not any prior submitted versions. But maybe call the contact person to make sure.

I applied for a job through USA Jobs. There were two different ways to upload my resume in the computer system, and I did it both ways. After I submitted my application, I discovered that one of the resumes was not the most recent version, so I essentially submitted two slightly different resumes. The differences were slight tweaks, nothing substantive, but they made one slightly longer than the other so the fact that they are different is obvious. There is a phone number and email address for an HR contact at the agency with the job posting. Should I contact her and ask her to discard one of the resumes or let it go? The only fix in USA Jobs is to reapply for the job, which I'm afraid will just exacerbate the confusion.
