You're probably not going to want to do the Billy Goat Trail while pregnant As I recall, it was pretty strenuous (and crowded) with lots of rock scrambling.

Roosevelt Island does have bathrooms.

Not sure about bathrooms, but Roosevelt Island has a nice boardwalk that goes around the island and is well shaded.

Good ones, I've not ever walked Rock Creek just cycled. Keep 'em coming, now that I'm not riding any more, very handy.

It's not really hiking, but Ben Brenman Park in Alexandria has bathrooms, as well as benches, and quite a lot of walking can be done in the area!

Hi

Any recommendations on areas to take walks. The dog and I have done Burke Lake, Manassas, some of the smaller neighbourhood parks near me. I like ones that have shade every once in a while and have bathrooms along the way.
