DH and I are trying to eat better, but he had a very stressful day at work so I decided to make his favorite meal, chicken parm. I found a decent healthy recipe (seared chicken then baked in oven) and spent a good chunk of the afternoon making homemade pasta and homemade pasta sauce. Everything looked delicious and the chicken called to be dipped in flour, then egg yolk, lightly seared on all sides, then finished off in the oven. Did all that, plated it, and I must say, it looked GREAT. Bit into it, and realized I used confectioners sugar instead of flour!!!

I hardly ever bake and had totally forgotten we had it , so I never thought to taste or smell it when I took some out of the jar. At least the pasta and sauce was good and I found some frozen turkey sausage that I heated up.
