Restoration hardware used to sell. Plow and hearth maybe? Got ours at lowes several years ago...itvgets the job done.

The selections at Strosnider's and Home Depot are, shall we say, unacceptably limited. And google and amazon sadly have not turned up much more.
My neighbor has a beautiful one, but says it was a gift. No idea where to find such a thing.
