The infamous pimmit hills 22043, close to 6000 sqrft, $4300 a month inclusive. Last year did a tear down and rebuild.

South Arlington 1,800 sq feet, $1,800 (it was a foreclosure that needed significant updating) purchased in late 2008.

McLean 2200 Sq Ft, mortgage is currently 4100. Will go higher though assuming we stay more than five years. We're currently at 3% APR with a 5/5 arm. Arm resets in 2017.
