I love the sunscreen. On that basis, I bought the dark spot corrector. It contains kojic acid, which has credible science behind its efficacy (and was thereby recommended specifically by my dermatologist).
Dark spot lightener serum did not work.

La Roche Posay does nothing for wrinkles (with the exception of the sunscreen, which helps prevent them). Try Retin-A.

RetinA can be used to treat wrinkles and is one of the more effective products for doing so. The nice thing is that it happens to work for both treating acne and wrinkles.

No, certainly more effective. Prescription drugs have been tested for efficacy. Cosmetics have no such requirement.

Didn't work for me (I used their acne products). Save your money and get a RetinA rx from your derm. Cheaper and probably more effective.

I'm generally skeptical of beauty products, likely because I work in marketing and so I understand how much of a product's mystique is really due just to branding, rather than actual, tangible product attributes.
That said, I'm seriously thinking about investing in some la Roche Posay, particularly the anti-aging primer. I have read a lot of good reviews online. It's expensive, though, and I'm really watching my pennies these days. That said, I hate the fine lines developing on my forehead - I'm nearly 50, but thanks to good genes, I'm told I look about 10 years younger.
Thoughts? Did anyone use it and see a real difference?
