If you know your countertop square footage, it's easy enough to go to Home Depot or Lowes and look at the cost per sq. ft. of samples you like and do the rough estimate yourself. You don't even have to talk to an associate. It seems like all the pricing includes installation.
Now if your square footage will require more than one slab it may end up costing you a bit more than the calculation based on square footage alone.
We're looking at quartz, and the per-sq-ft prices have been pretty consistent whether we look at Home Depot/Lowes, or independent fabricators.
http://www.homewyse.com/ has decent estimate calculators for a variety of home projects.
