We've fit 4--2 adults; 2 kids. Ask for a roll-away cot.

Put the younger 2 on pallets and tell them they are camping. Someone will end up on the floor anyway, so you might as well do it before 3am.

We have fit four on our king bed at home - 2 adults, a 7 year old and a 4 year old. It was not particularly comfortable. I can't imagine it with 5.

We (pretty) comfortably fit three on a full, so I think we could squeeze five onto a king!

We got stuck on a king bed when the Residence Inn we booked at didn't honor our reservation requirements and stuck us in a king instead of the two-Queen suite we specified. The kids were 3 and 5 and it made for a VERY uncomfortable, sideways sleeping night.
