I'm a runner and could never do strength training to the extent that the trainer has me do it on my own. I saw him today for my solo and I wanted to kill him. He worked me over to hard, my shoulders were in complete muscle failure at the end. I would have never been that relentless on myself.
This is cheaper, healthier, and has more predictable results than plastic surgery! This is how I justify the expense.
That's $220/week... if you did that all year long, even skipping some, you're talking about close to $10k!
