You're right. But walk a few paces outside the door to the other side of the street, and you're in Chevy Chase.


If you're talking about kid-friendly, the important thing is, it's near Candy Cane City. Take the kiddos there and tire them out first. Then off to the deli for a nosh.

In downtown Bethesda Yamas is pretty good and Guardado's for tapas.


Yamas & Mosiac are both great
I find Cava Mezze terrible. They meat is always desiccated and the staff indifferent.

Yes to Ruan Thai. Tried it for the first time last week and can't wait to go back. The ramen place next door is very good too, though very crowded.

in Wheaton Woomi Gardens (Korean bbq), Full Key (Chinese), Moby Dick (sushi), Oriental East for dim sum, Parkway Deli

Like Yirasai too.

Even though it's in Bethesda, I like Lebanese Taverna.

Mediterranean House Of Kabob on Rockville Pike in Rockville.
