I would put superfeet insoles in there. If they're heels, I would sell them on ebay. You're feet, knees, hips, and back are suffering enough as you're pregnant. Don't do further damage with too-big shoes. Also, you could fall, and I'm guessing you don't want to explain to your ob=gyn that you fell because your shoes were "just too darn cute". Seriously, I would toss them.

What I usually do when I want to wear bigger shoes without buying soles is to put the fluffy kind of cottonwool in the tips of (close-toed) shoes! It works like a charm because it adapts to your foot's shape and is very comfortable! Plus you can put as much in as you need to make the shoes fit just right.

Heel grips might help too.

CVS sells insoles - added bonus when they're gel filled and make the shoes more comfortable.

Insoles. Sometimes the ones just for the ball of your foot will push your foot back enough to keep it in place.

Get some paddings from the dollar store, in the shoe accessories section. I'm not sure what they're called but you'll know what I mean when you see them.

I've got a pair of really cute shoes that I can't return for a number of reasons. They're wedge heels and about half a size too big. I got them at the end of a hot day and I'm also pregnant, so maybe my feet had swelled a little - my heels are nearly, but not quite, stepping out of them, especially early in the day before the swelling hits Any thoughts on how to reconcile? Put something - what? - in the toes? Any products made for this?
