Longtime St. Agnes parent here. I have put three kids through the school from pre-K all the way through. (Two have since graduated.) Both St. Agnes and St. Ann have good pre-schools. St. Agnes is larger (3 pre-K classes) and the facilities may be a bit better because the school itself is larger. At. St. Agnes the focus is less academic than developmental, I'd say. Teaching kids to be part of a class, lots of play time, participating in the life of the school and its many traditions. People are pretty loyal to both schools. Both have very strong parent communities and good support from the parish. You would likely be equally happy at either. If you intend to have your son continue in Catholic school, then make your choice based on the grade school you want him in. If not, it's probably six of one, half dozen of the other.
