I'm experimenting with foods for my 2 year old. He loves beans so I'm trying soft tacos. He seemed to like them but mad a HUGE mess (no surprise). All I put in it was refried beans, fresh tomatoes & cheese, heated it until the cheese melted and then cut it into strips. Would like to try other fillings (suggestions welcome!). Other than watching him like a hawk when he's eating, anyone have any tips and tricks for keeping a soft taco more-or-less in the taco and off of the table/his shirt/the floor?
