How long did it take you to get into the pool? Last I checked the wait list was pretty long. I like the idea of moving somewhere with a community pool, but only if we can actually take advantage of it!
I can't speak to this unfortunately, because when we signed up several years ago there was no waitlist. I hope they can give you some information on how long the list is.
I happen to know someone selling their house in Kensington and throwing in a pool membership with the sale if you are interested...
