Why ask strangers what they do?
I doubt that you care.

I'm not Op but I'm always interested... I like learning about other people's experiences and interests. For instance, I've met a patent lawywer who explained upcoming patent law changes an whether we are moving in the right direction. I found the debate interesting.I've met people who do educational testing design an learned about adaptive testing techniques. I've met a woman who did cancer research in mice. I've met all sorts of people who do interesting and intellectually stimulating things.

OP here, so am I!

Another poor here.

Also another poor. OP, I was all set to answer your question until I clicked on the post and saw you only care about the rich people. I don't clear six figures.

What is P&L?

I own P&L for a business line. I own financials, economic forecasts, marketing, product improvement, contracts, vendor work, etc. basically I'm a general manager over a chunk of a business. I love the work because its so multidimensional and shifts constantly. At the end of the month I've either made more money or made less.... the accountability is cool.

I make ~$200K. Next promotion just increases the dollar figure of what's in my purview, and probably bumps me to $250K. $400K is two or three promotions away sadly.

I work in a museum. Clearly, I'm not anyone you care about.

Especially those DCUMers that have a HHI of $400k or more, lol. I work at a Biotech company as a Regulatory Specialist. I'm currently looking for a new job.
