Got rid of a third of my stuff. House is so much nicer and easier to keep clean.

We have a large mini-fridge we bought on sale at wal-mart for $80. It was a fantastic help when we had our baby. We have three floors in our TH and after I had to stop BF, we premade formula for middle of the night feedings and stored it in there. Then when DS went to milk we kept some in there for first thing in the morning. Really was lovely to not trudge up and down stairs at 6am.

Installed nice looking paper towel rack on the wall of each bathroom, near the sink.

In a rental - replaced bright brass kitchen cabinet knobs with "vintage" Anthropologie ones. And when I moved, I took my knobs with me!

Dimmer for night table lamp in kids room -- all the difference when putting them to sleep.
