DS did this for this year -- switched to a travel team with professional coaches who are former college and minor leaue players. The difference is amazing. The team itself isn't as successful as his former team which was dad-coached, but the insight from these pro coaches has been invaluable.

My experience is limited based on playing them and having contact with the Coach. Good solid program, they are also a solid team but not top-notch travel, but my impression is they emphasize fundamentals, sportsmanship over winning. I can't speak to parent craziness though I would be surprised if they tolerated that.

Looking for reviews from anyone who has had experience with this program, especially with 12U team. Can you tell me about the coaches, the kids, the quality of coaching, level of play, quality of communication etc. Any parental craziness? Thanks!
