Yup, they reviewed your file and realized why they didn't hire you the first time. Move on and look for another position.

Sorry, PP is right. If they were even considering hiring you, they'd want to interview you again. Write this one off and continue your search.

I applied and interviewed for a fulltime job about 1 year ago. The interview went fine/good. I ended up not getting the position. Recently the same job opened up again but for a part time position (which would be more ideal for me). Again i applied and got a call for an interview. 3 days before the interview they called me back and told me that they just realized that i interviewed a year ago for the same position and the questions will be the same that they would just use my last interview as a reference and that they were going to cancel the upcoming interview. What does this mean? I am guessing that it is not favorable for me? Any thoughts?
