I second Moby Dick, Taylor Gourmet, Corner Bakery.
Cornucopia (Italian deli) in Bethesda is also good.

Potbelly does sandwich boxes and sides. Very good and quite inexpensive.

Always a fan of Red Hot and Blue, although I haven't done their catering in a while.

+1. And they deliver. We just used them for 35 adults and 15 kids all under age 7. It was great. No nut allergies on our side, but egg (kid ate all but the buns). I highly recommend the pulled brisket, the mac n cheese, the red beans and rice and the mashed potatoes. We bought the buns from there too so we didn't have to think about it. Also got slaw. Bought a veggie platter and fruit platter from Giant, plus beverages. It was awesome.

We're hosting a pool party for @ 60 ppl (20 kids). We usually grill with smaller numbers or order pizza with bigger groups like this but I'd like to try something different. Any ideas? We've got nut allergies to consider as welk. Tia!
