We will be celebrating our son's First Communion this weekend. Mass is at 5:30pm and we will be returning to our house by 7:30pm. As soon as everyone gets to the house we would like to be able to serve dinner.

Is there any way to use a crockpot to keep sliced bbq beef brisket hot so that it is ready to eat when we get home?
