I can see the pros and cons of both areas.
It's one of the better blocks in Pimmit, which isn't saying a lot.

The interior is a bit idiosyncratic, to put it mildly, but at least someone thought about making it interesting. The Pimmit Hills house is totally generic.

That's hysterical. First PH is awful because the new homes are next to crap shacks and there is no continuity to the area. Now PH is awful because all the homes are new and look just like that one. You're reaching. Really, really reaching.

First house is very nice. Second couldn't be blander, but it's in an area that's still mostly very small houses from the 50s.
