Clearly Magruder lacks a strong English department, in the apostrophe category, at least.

Its Magruder. Its a so-so school. The main problem is the number of wannabe's and fights that result in beef's carried to school from the neighborhoods.

There is no danger to the studious kid who comes for an education.

If I had my choice I would go to Sherwood.

We are looking at possibly buying a house in the Macgruder HS area, but before we do that I wanted to know what you guys thought of that HS.

I did do a search on this forum about Macgruder and it seemed like the comments were awhile ago and I wanted some updated opinions.

Our son is currently in a Montessori elementary program, but we are likely going to put him in a public school starting in the 7th grade.
