Had an interview a little over two weeks ago. I followed up the next day with a quick thank you note to everyone with whom I interviewed. Radio silence. It's been a while since I have been on the market, but should I take this to mean they are not interested? Should I follow up? (FWIW, the interview was kind of open ended. It was not for a specific job opening. Rather, they are assessing their needs but are interviewing people as they go through that process.)
