Looking mostly in the northeast. DC summers are just too hot and humid and I'd like to get DD out of here. I'm looking at general overnight camps where there is perhaps some structure in the morning and a bit more freedom of choice in the afternoon.

What kind of camp are you interested in? Costs will vary widely. Horseback riding? Sailing? General sports? Drama? Art? Modeling? Part of the country?

I'm looking at one for my daughter. It would be for the full summer. I'm a bit taken aback by the cost. Could you share what you pay for 4 weeks or 8 weeks?
