I bet you are fat. There is absolutely no way a piece of restaurant cake would be under 1000 calories! 500 is ridiculous.

Well, I think I've seen slices of cake at CF and they're typically the size of 3 or 4 regular pieces of cake.

Look up a recipe - carrot cake is usually made with oil. cream cheese frosting is sugar, butter and cream cheese. And it's probably one of the enormous 4-5 layer things with lots of frosting.

Never actually encountered it, but I'm guessing (1) It's huge, and (2) Tons of fat and sugar - carrot cake itself has lots of fat, plus cream cheese frosting!

Not the carrot cake cheesecake but the slice of actual cake. Where are the majority of the calories coming from? the icing or the cake itself?
