If you get there about 90 min. early and eat dinner, you'll be fine. The food is actually pretty good.

We went to a show in the middle of the week last year. Ate dinner there about 2 hrs before show to make sure we got a seat. The seating is very limited, so if you don't mind standing, you could get there later. You can always call and ask-- they were pretty helpful on the phone.

We did that years ago, and at one point near dessert, I looked up and was surprised to see a familiar-looking woman leaning on the back of DW's chair as though she owned the place, chatting with the guy who does own the place. Then I realized it was Maria McKee.

Not sure, haven't been in a million years. But if you're in doubt, go to the restaurant for dinner beforehand. If you're there in time for an early dinner that ought to be early enough.

One of our favorite musicians is playing at Iota on Friday. They don't sell advance tickets - it's first come, first serve. About how early do you need to arrive to get a seat on a Friday night?
