Battery powered devices aren't going to help. Sit-ups aren't really going to help either if your muscles are obscured by fat. You
need to 1) do cardio, enough to break a real sweat, 5x a week, and 2) consume fewer calories. Everyone loves sweets, but you need to find a way to get it under control. There are a million ways to do that but none of them are easy. I suggest Weight Watchers for a reasonable, balanced approach with lots of support.

The instaslim shirt goes up to a 62" waist, and I'm probably 65" standing. Any big guys know of a larger slimming shirt? Kinda think I might be able to suck my gut in and squeeze into the instaslim shirt, but can't find anyone with the larger ones in stock to try. Most of the belts I've seen only go up to 50" or so.
