Parents never think about ratios or neatness in the classrooms. E.g. 25 children in one room is NUTS!
This is awful. Kids get frustrated and are constantly struggling and fighting for space.
Parents have no clue about this issue. They don't pay attention to the ratios, they only pay attention to the academics and stuff.
Also, keep in mind these "nice venues" have high admin. costs; therefore, the place where they make the cuts are salaries.
People at this type of preschools are UNDERPAID. They are unhappy witches in charge of small children. They yell, they are upset and they have no patience.
WHen you look for a preschool, pay attention at ratios, space in the room (is it cluttered?)
If you are smart you will go into Montessori.
I'm not sure what you are talking about. Nobody in a licensed daycare has 25 kids in a room. In fact it's the exact opposite. Montessori is the one with large classes.
