You need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. If you don't have time to work out, then you should eat less.

You are my hero! I don't drink soda. I can give up dessert and added sugar. I'll struggle with carbs though. If I can have veggie carbs like a sweet potato, I could live. It's the exercise that I can't seem to get my act in gear to do.
