We do small amounts of a variety of food:

Fruit (grapes, strawberries, cantelope)
Veggie(carrots, grape tomatoes, red pepper)
Crackers, roll, or pretzel
Protein (chicken, pepporoni, or nuts)
Cookie (who nu it cookies have calcium)

We are lucky that we can do nuts.

Sunbutter. You'll find it with the peanutbutter, but it's peanut and tree nut free.

I don't think it is that bad to mix things up.

Tortillas with chicken, beans and avocado
Pasta with sauce
Chicken nuggets
Hot dogs
Turkey BLTs
Fried rice

Most suggestions seem to call for cheese and my child hates cheese substitutes, add in a peanut free school and lunches get monotonous fairly quickly. Any ideas?
