When I tried to discuss the challenges, they won't hear or acknowledge any of it.
He simply use flattery to divert the conversation. "You are smart and I am sure you will figure it out. Now let me know when you can get it done."
The manager totally unloaded his responsibilities. He has been managing this for almost a decade but is unable to give me any history of this. He is asking me to tell him the previous process. There's no way for me to know that as he was the only one involved for the past 10 years.
