Are you trying to figure out if you got a placement or which number you are on the waitlist? They have the lists posted online you just put in you application number and it will tell you where you were drawn. I'm unclear as to whether the rank is the number on the waitlist or the number on the total list, though for us it doesn't matter since we were in the 200s for French Immersion so DC has no chance either way.

Based on the placement list it indicates you should contact the office if you haven't heard by May 6th so I am assuming letters have started going out? This is the language from the website...

Placement letters have started to go out and wait list letters will go out at the end of April. If you have not heard anything about your placement status by May 6th, you can send an email to pasbt @pgcps.org
