Specifically, I'm talking about religions/sects that are clearly hate groups - like Nation of Islam, and Westboro Baptist Church.
Say, I'm hiring for my company, and a WBC member, or a NOI member applied. Legally, could I discriminate and not hire them based on their affiliation with such a hateful group? Or, would I be breaking the law.
What happens when a religion/sect crosses into hate group territory, but technically, it's still a religion?
