I am going to hire her so she can have her own 401K. I am not sure what the max contribution is for children under 18, but it has to be money they earned.Anonymous wrote:I started a business and hired a lawyer and an accountant to help. You will need to pay quarterly estimated taxes, quarterly unemployment taxes, etc. if you set up a 401k you will need a plan administrator. How much money is your unborn baby earning anyway?

So i am registered, but that is as far as it went. No BBL or Home occupancy permit...which I guess I need since I am operating the business from the computer of my house. Then DC said I have to get them this paperwork every year. And I don't know anything. I work all day, and I just want someone to hold my hand and walk me through the process of getting all of this crap done. I owe this paperwork now. I have been registered for a year, but I haven't done squat. website is almost done. I call DC and they just are not helpful. I am thinking about taking two days off of work and visiting all these offices, but I would rather have someone who knows their shit to consult with me on what to do. I am going to have a baby in August and want to employee her as a model so she can start a 401K so that adds employees to the mix. I also might hire some canvassers and potentially once i have my head wrapped around all the paperwork, licenses, etc...start a couple of other projects. I just need it to be easier and it isn't. Can someone please help make this easier for me.
