Does anyone have recent experience with this diet? I know it's not possible to sustain this kind of loss long term but an acquaintance lost 15 lbs. in one month (her husband 31 lbs.) and I thought it night be a good way to jump start my WW diet per-vacation. She told me "it's expensive" but would not give specifics. What do you think?
