I take a generic multivitamin with iron every other day.
I take 1,000 iu of Vitamin D per day (had low levels).
I used to take calcium, but read they gave been linked to increased risk of heart disease. So I stopped those. I probably only get two servings of dairy a day.
I take two fish oil pills every day for omega 3.
