You're an idiot. Lots of cereals are very healthy.

Multigrain cheerios work well for us. Yes, they're a bit sweet despite the name.

Go Lean original. I add some Equal as I like super sweet cereal myself. Or strawberries.

FWIW, most of the organic or 'healthy' brands sold at Whole Foods are not fortified. I actually prefer your average General Mills/Kellogs cereals because they add iron and various vitamins that aren't easy to get. We keep Kix, Cheerios and Rice Chex in the house; Kix is the only one that is sweet (corn is naturally sweet - it has no more added sugars than the other 2).

Plain bran flakes. I add walnuts and a few raisins

Kashi GoLean (not crunch, as PP pointed out)
Kashi Island Vanilla and Berry Fruitful (like shredded wheat but with a touch of sweet fillings- there are other flavors, too)
Barbara's brand equivalent to Quaker Oat Squares

The cereals that are low sugar/calorie that we give our children are: Cheerios, Puffins, Kix and Fiber One Honey Squares

Grapenuts (stick to the serving size) plus a hard-boiled egg for protein. That is my go-to breakfast.

Kashi GoLean Original (NOT the clusters) has I think 10g of protein and only 6g of sugar.
We serve Cheerios and rice crispies. And for a treat we sometimes get a box of frosted mini wheats. But I'm not convinced I've done a good job examining our options.

That's still a bit sweet, not too many calories and has some protein.
