My criteria, in order of importance:

- Potential future / compatibility of organizational mission/area of focus
- Office culture (that one is hard to get a good feel for in advance - I've had my initial impressions be spot on sometimes and way off other times)
- Money/benefits
- Flexibility

How did this offer come to you? Were you actively looking for new work or did it just fall into your lap?

-Benefits

-Potential for future change in the direction I'd like my career to go

-Commute

-Flexibility

Overall, if the $ is similar I'm going with "where will I be happier?"

Rec'd a job offer yesterday and trying to evaluate.

What factors are the most impt when you are evaluating?

Currently employed but offer slightly better in several areas.

I think I'd be happy there but naturally I'm second guessing myself.

Thanks in advance!
